Only For Those Who Want to Be a Go-To Expert in Their Niche

Article Marketing allows you to create massive online visibility very fast. So read on ONLY if you want to get massive online visibility and you want to get it fast.

Why Online Visibility?

The first challenge once you have created your content online is getting found. You can have the best content in the world but if no one can find you…

The really good news is that it has never been easier to get found than it is now. Social Marketing tools like Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube give you so many ways to erect “signposts” that help eager prospects find you.

You can now quickly and easily create online visibility using these tools.

First, Your Article

The first thing you want to do is create your compelling, info packed article. This presents a challenge for many online marketers, but it really does not have to at all. Make a list of 7 tips you would give and ideal prospect in your niche. Then add some words of explanation for each tip. There’s your article.

Your article alone, published on the Article Directories and then syndicated on other web sites and blogs will begin to establish your online visibility.

But wait, there’s more! Because here comes the really cool part. Click here for the rest…

Your Article Resource Box – The Secret to Getting the Most Traffic From Each and Every Article

Article Marketing is the number one source of free traffic on the Internet if you get your Resource Box right. Get this one wrong and you have wasted all your time. Get this one right and you have got it made!

What a Resource Box really is

Call it a Resource Box, Author Bio, etc., what it really is is your opportunity to create a compelling call to action for your reader. Even though it is called an Author Bio, it is not the time for you to tell the reader all about you and convince them you are an expert. In fact, if you have not demonstrated that you are an expert in your article, it is way to late to try to do it now.

Even though it is an official Call to Action, I like to teach my students and members to use what I call “invitational language” in their Resource Box. Invitational language can be something as simple as “and now I would like to invite you to…” and then name the next action you would like them to take. This is as opposed to something like “get this great new product now and all your problems will be solved by morning and if you don’t you will be broke forever!”

Sure I’ve exaggerated a bit, but not by much.

Here’s how to do it

jeff herring, nams, niche affiliate marketing system, atlanta, nams 3

For 4 solid days, from Thursday night when we arrived to Monday evening after our bonus day, I watched the AHA! moments arrive for so many people. Some were little AHAs, when you saw the light go on in someone’s eyes, all the way to BIG GIANT AHAs that included jumping out of your seat!

Such a delight to watch.

And even more of a delight to watch was the one who too immediate action on their AHA! moments. “Waiting until you get home”had no meaning for these folks, as they began to implement right away.

So if you were one of the 180+ in attendance at NAMS 3 I invite you to comment here and share your AHA! moments and what you are doing with them.

And if you were not one of the action takers at NAMS 3, then I invite you to begin to make your plans now to be a part of NAMS 4 in Atlanta on August 20 – 23, 2010. I’ll let you know as soon as the registration page is open, and you can keep an eye out your self at the following link:

jeff herring, NAMS
Every now and then in life, if you are lucky, you get to be a part of something that becomes very special to you. That’s how I feel about being a part of the Niche Affiliate Marketing System Workshop recently held in Atlanta, affectionately known as NAMS 3.

The brain child of David Perdew, NAMS has quickly grown into the premiere Internnet Marketing Conference on the Net. (I keep reminding David of the great line from JAWS, “You’re gonna needa bigger boat.”)

Why do I say that?

Here’s a few of the reasons:

  • From the beginning NAMS was designed as a workshop, not a pitchfest. Participants actually get things done!
  • Instructors stay for the entire 3 days of the workshop. We are there to help, not sell.
  • The sessions are set up in tracks – beginning, intermediate and advanced – so there is something for everyone.

Random Thoughts

  • You always hear that half of the value of a conference is the networking that you are able to do. To call what we do at NAMS networking does not do it justice. I think the better word is “fellowship.”
  • Watching folks learn and do right away, and get results right away is such a kick. This helps to prevent the typical “post-conference let down” that causes most folks to put what they have learned on the shelf where is becomes “shelf-help.”
  • For the last two NAMS we have created a product on Saturday morning and everyone can be selling it by the afternoon with 100% affiliate commission. This year we created Strategies 4 Social Marketing with Willie Crawford, Kevin Riley, Joey Smith, Maritza Parra and me.  David Perdew asked the panel 5 important questions about Social Marketing and the answers, tips, tools and strategies that came out our fantastic and are captured in the 60 minute audio Strategies 4 Social Marketing
  • Watching instructors learn from each other is so refreshing. I’ve been to so many conferences where experts hold onto their info like a sack of gold. Brainstorming with other experts that you trust is so cool…

Take Aways

  • This is a special community. If you could not make it this time, you can get the recordings from the first 3 NAMS by
clicking here. I’ll keep you informed about how to get registered at the lowest possible price and become a part of this community that meets again in August 2010.
  • I’ve been using a favorite lyric lately from Dan Fogelberg that goes like this:

“It’s the chance of a lifetime, in a lifetime of chance. And it’s high time you joined in the dance.”

And THAT is what NAMS is all about….
