Debra Thompson made what I think is one of the best points of the conference. You have heard me say many times “go use this stuff.” I say this because, contrary to the popular saying, information is not power, taking action with the information is power.
Here’s the great line - “If information is power, how many rich librarians do you know?”

Three ways to increase your profits
1. Increase traffic (visitors) to your site
2. Increase order size.
3. Increase conversion - once you take action to increase your conversion rate it continues to work for you.
